What is Recover+?
The R+ portal provides EOS members with hacking incident solutions and powerful toolkits to help recover stolen assets. However, it is strongly suggested, that only victims of major hacking incidents seek to use these tools. A vital function of the R+ platform is to create a bridge between hack victims and BPs.

Who can use it?
R+ mainly deals with hacked smart contracts. Individuals who lost their keys and are victims of scams or phishing attacks should reach out to trusted experts from EOSsupport.io.
The project developer can get listed on R+ to minimize the time for the community to identify an attack and increase the chances of fund recovery.

What to do in case of a hack?
Suspend all related functions to stop further damage
Contact a professional security team, inform contact bridges and CEXs
Submit the attack on the R+ portal and provide all the related information
Initiate emergency freeze proposal with R+ toolbox
contact the BPs and recover funds through EOS DPoS governance framework
Monitor the hacker accounts and wait for transactions with messages from the hacker (e.g. in memos)
Warn other users in a public announcement to avoid secondary damage
