On November 18, 2021, the EOS Network Foundation announced it would invest in establishing four EOS working groups: Wallet+, API+, Audit+, and Core+. Each working group was granted US$250,000 to conduct research and related development work in their respective areas.

The EOS Network Foundation also took the lead in uniting several EOSIO-based blockchain networks such as Telos, WAX, and UX network to establish the Antelope Coation.

Other working groups have been added since November. For example, Recover+, Yield+, and EOS EVM. More research is planned (Scalability+). The result of these working groups' blue papers can be found on the ENF website.
