DappFund is an initiative of the DAPP Network community to incentivize its growth and participation in the network. We learned that having great tech is not enough if developers are not supported. So far this has been done by LiquidApps but going forward also token holders should have an active role. DappFund will be successful if we are able to establish a welcoming and constructive environment and a voluntary funding mechanism to attract developers. DAPP inflation can be used for this goal and token holders will have the possibility to freely decide how to allocate this revenue stream. The platform is intended to be a useful tool for the entire community, run by the community and will evolve following the needs of the community. DappFund doesn’t have any affiliation with LiquidApps and it is no profit. The cost to run this platform should not be high and once operational the community will have to decide how to provide the right compensation to the small team that will update the website and the contract.
