Process: You receive a new transaction with a comment of an airdrop or a free token. Some of these transactions would ask you to claim voice or uniswap on EOS token. Example:

When you press claim, you will get a transaction that will send all your EOS and other tokens to another account. Hence the user will steal your tokens. When you click the claim feature, it will try to change your owner or active keypair, and you will lose control of your EOS account.

Please don't claim anything on these websites! There are no tokens or resources to claim for free!
Best practices:
Do not click on a link to a website offering something for free in your transaction history.
Read and understand what you are signing before you sign.
First, test with a "test EOS account" that does not contain any value.
If you are not 100% sure, you can always ask EOSsupport.io before claiming anything!
