If you sent Ether to the distribution contract but never claimed the EOS tokens, then Ethereum address will not show a balance of EOS ERC-20 tokens. To access your EOS tokens, you must use the fallback process.

Fallback Process: In this case, use the tool eoskey with your Ethereum private key (it works offline), which will give you your EOS private key. Then download the Anchor Wallet, set up an Anchor Account, then import your EOS private key to get access to your EOS Account.

If this doesn't work, check the step-by-step tutorial "How to access my ERC-20 EOS after the ICO?" for other options (Unregistered, registered, or lost key method).
