The first official user support service for EOS is live!

This article explains why EOS Support is an essential service for the EOS network, how it works, and how you can help us change the general sentiment of EOS.

If you can't or don't want to read the full article right now, here's the TL;DR version:

Live chat is available on our website and several other EOS community websites mentioned in the article below. In his article from September 30th 2021, The Current State of EOS and Where We Go Next, Yves La Rose said:

Yves went on to say, “This isn’t to imply that EOS is dead or that it can’t turn things around: it’s an honest assessment of the current state of EOS. Coming to terms with this reality is key to moving forward so that we may focus on where we go next.”

Having been in agreement with the reality of the situation and recognizing the public sentiment around EOS, fellow Eden member Randall Roland had this to say:

Afterall...

What good is all of the ongoing development and marketing for the EOS network when we don't have a good enough system in place for the successful onboarding of all new users in a way they don't get scammed or overwhelmed and frustrated?

Relieving two major pains for EOS users

With that in mind, we're here to solve two big problems for EOS users immediately.

Major Pain #1 – Scammers are hurting EOS users

The Problem:

The Solution:

Scammers are not the only pain plaguing EOS today.

Major Pain #2 – Overwhelm is hurting EOS users

The Problem:

The Solution:

We're not sure what form this will take, but one thing we know for sure is this:

EOS Support is the concierge for EOS users

Users seem to crave speed and a personalized experience that makes them feel heard and catered to on an individual level. This approach to the user experience could be referred to as a "white glove" service, where personalization and special attention are paid to every user that needs or wants it.

We offer a personalized "white glove" service experience where a random EOS user can be treated like a VIP while interacting in real time with our trusted support agent.

The backbone of EOS Support is our Help Center, Live Chat, and Virtual Meetings.

Read on to learn more about each of these components.
